Selling Devices:

Next, select your device’s condition, storage size, and carrier. You will instantly be able to see the value of your phone, tablet, or other device.

We’ll send you a free shipping label by email. Print your shipping label and pack your device. If needed we’ll send you a box and packaging supplies. If your local, feel free to visit one of our stores and get paid on the spot!
Step 4
If you’re selling a device, payment is sent by check or PayPal to you within 24 hours of receiving the device. If you’re local we pay cash.
Repairing Devices:
Step 1
Click REPAIR on our homepage then select your cell phone, iPad / tablet, or laptop’s brand and model.
Step 2
Next, select the repair services needed and the device color (if necessary). You will receive an instant quote for the repair
Step 3
Select whether you’d like to bring your device to our shop or ship it. If you are stopping by our shop, select an appointment time that works best for you. If you are shipping your device, we’ll send you an email with a free shipping label. Print this shipping label and pack your device.
Step 4
We will start the repair the same day we receive it and send it back as soon as it’s fixed (most repairs are completed within an hour). Throughout the process, we will be sure to keep you updated!
